Your admin-only access code gives you the ability to block the room from unauthorized usage, and to invite only the participants you choose to each call. Reminders

Our scheduling service includes automatic email messages to remind participants about the call. The service will also send a reminder SMS message a few minutes before the call starts, helping your participants join promptly.

Up to 15 participants per call

QConf allows you to invite up to 15 participants, as a Plus Service subscriber. Simply add call recipients as you'd like, and continue to use the same virtual conference room in total security.

Administrative Tools

Your Plus Service give you access to the management interface, so you can have complete control over call features, the ability to check room and participant history, and a history of calls to your voicemail.

Conference Recording

You can easily record your conference calls at no extra charge. At the end of your call, a link will be directly emailed to you, where you can download the entire call in one click of a button.

Contacts Management

When you use the management interface, you'll have the ability to create contact groups to simplify your scheduling process. The contact list will be saved to your account, where you can edit it at any time.

Schedule a Call from Your Calendar

Keypad Shortcuts

Announce Your Call Participants

With Qconf, you'll have the ability to announce participant names automatically as they join the room. This allows the participants in the room to know exactly who is listening at all times. Turning this feature on gives the call additional security by preventing quite joining into the bridge.

Permanent Conference Bridge

Conference calling with a permanent access code allows you to host a conference call at any time, without the need to schedule a call through the website first. This way, the virtual conference room is always available to accept calls.
